MILEAGE: 4,331 [ VERY REASONABLE RESERVE ] Regretfully selling my BMW M4 Convertible. My wife and I found that we need to perform IVF to attempt to conceive children so unfortunately it has to go. I purchased it off the showroom floor at Motorwerks BMW last summer. In the very short time I've had it it's been in heated/cooled storage and it is in the same shape it was when I bought it. Not a single imperfection, scuff, scratch etc. Perfect Showroom Condition. I honestly wish I would have found one of these in this state vs buying out of the showroom as I realize that I have to take the hit from driving it off the lot. So this is a great opportunity for anyone that been searching for one of these to get it with that "drive off the lot" cost/loss accounted for. I have included pictures of the window sticker that detail all of the options included on the vehicle. It's very loaded; Leather Package, Light Package, Executive Package, Driver Assistance Package etc. I must disclose that I owe $43,271 on the loan as of today 1/31/17. I have spoke with my lender (a local credit union - Ideal Credit Union) about this and they say that they can immediately release a clear title once I wire them the funds. Once I have a buyer in place I will use my own funds to do this right away to help avoid any hiccups with the sale. In speaking with them, it seemed as if it would be hassle free to do this.
