MECHANIC SPECIAL - I bought this car running and driving. I had a tech working for me at the time that wanted to address the little bit of cam actuator clack on cold starts. He pulled the motor with the intention of resealing everything. We found some worn plastic timing chain bits which we replaced and we cleaned out the oil screen which had caught all the bits. After this all we had to do was put everything back together and the tech disappeared. I ended up sending it to another Mercedes shop for them to reseal and re assemble everything. They did so with the exception of the power steering pump. Its missing as it was broken and has not been replaced. The cooling fan and upper tie bar are missing. The car will start but has a misfire probably from being basically empty on fuel and sitting for so long. The air suspension is down right now but i think it will come up if you can get the pump and belt installed so you can actually start and run the car for more than a min. It just needs a little TLC to get it back on the road again. Im just tired of spending money and it needs to go. The cheapest one on ebay is $11k and im basically just asking for parts value of the AMG items at this point. I have more pictures but i wanted to post all the ones that showed the flaws of the car as overall the car is in nice shape. CASH ONLY NO TRADES.
