This is offered for sale by the original owner. The vehicle is drivable and is used as a daily driver. Vehicle Details Selling my GLI. I am the only owner. It is a manual transmission. It has had the engine replaced due to a cracked engine block. The engine installed is a used engine with about 67,000 miles on it. There are 2 engine oil leaks. One is the cam ladder seals. The other I will have to look up. However, I have been driving it with the leaks for 3 years now. I simply add oil once a month. There is damage to the front fender. The headlamps work fine. There is hail damage as well. I have lowered the car 1.25" with sport springs. It has APR tune program with 4 programs, 93/91 octane, valet program, and some other features. It has an intermittent tail light issue. Most of the time it works, but that will need to be fixed. I have replaced the water pump and had the injector seals replaced less than a year ago. It is running quite well now. It has new tires (all season w/mud snow rating) with less than 1,000 miles on them. It needs new brakes. It has high intensity LED daytime running lamps. Battery is about a year and half old. Also, have had a coolant system flush and brake fluid replacement done by Emich Volkswagen recently. I just had it detailed as well so it's very clean interior and exterior. I installed traction control activate/deactivate button as well, which is standard on following year models.
