This is an immaculate vehicle with very light use. We are second owner. Bought used with 30k miles from Elk Grove Niello BMW dealer. Was under warranty entire time we owned it. Never had any problems or issues with car. All maintenance has been done at Sacramento Niello BMW on Fulton Avenue. Brand new OEM battery and new OEM brakes recently installed by BMW. Original leather like new with original matte finish not all glossy and worn and abused with incorrect poor quality detailing products or greasy hands or spills. Has been detailed only twice since new using factory approved German products. Smells like a new car inside still. No air freshener ever used/ sprayed in car. No food ever eaten in car. Paint has one tiny scratch in back on lift gate (see photo) and a slight scratch on driver seat bottom cushion. Car has been driven less than 10k miles per year last three years with mainly miles from a few longer road trips. We have babied this car and it should sell for high book as it is a fine example of BMW's 2012 diesel SUV. Very respectable towing capacity of 6,000lbs (no tow package/ never used to tow) and gets 26-28 mpg on open road. Car feels very stable. No squeaks or rattles.
