FAQ's: Some questions have come up from prospective buyers - they are good questions so I thought I'd post them here. Carfax states there were two owners - For tax purposes, I originally leased the vehicle through my personal business, then bought the vehicle when the lease ended. It was my personal vehicle 100% of the time. The first owner is simply the lease-holder "VW Credit". I become the second owner when I bought the vehicle at the end of my lease. I have all the necessary documents to confirm this.What about the minor accident? In July 2017, the vehicle was lightly tapped in the rear during traffic. I insisted on filing a police report, despite the fact there was no visible damage. After having the car looked at by an authorized repair shop (and Audi) - there indeed was no damage to the vehicle. However, because I filed a Police report, the incident becomes a part of the CarFAX vehicle history.Problem with Title/Lien: Not sure why this record exists, the vehicle has a clean title in my possession. I believe, The Audi Dealership, Schneider-Nelson, may have needed to order a new title when they were acquired by Penske Group in 2015. That would align with when my lease ended and I bought the vehicle.
