-I have driven the vehicle fewer than 10,000 miles since purchasing the vehicle (primarily related to my commute).  -I no longer need the vehicle because I am moving into DC and will be close to my place of work.Additional Information:-The vehicle was purchased as a Certified Pre Owned VW. In order to receive the CPO certification, the vehicle had to go through a 112 point Dealer Inspection (a copy of which I have and will provide). As a part of this process, the vehicle also received maintenance, including new spark plugs, air filters, etc. (I have a copy of the invoice from Leith Volkwagen which details this maintenance that I will provide). Lastly, I was also provided with a CARFAX report for the vehicle, which, in addition to service records, shows:-No accidents reported-No other damage reported-1 previous owner (owned for 4 years, averaged ~12,000 miles a year)-I will provide a copy of this report-Because the vehicle was sold as CPO, it is covered by the VW CPO 2-Year/24,000 mile comprehensive bumper-to-bumper limited warranty (this is essentially an extension of the 3-year/36,000 mile warranty VW offers on new vehicles). While I will provide a copy of the actual warranty (including proof of coverage, start/end dates, etc.), here's an overview of the systems covered:-engine-steering-axles (front/rear)-anti-lock braking-electrical systems-electrical power supply-heat and A/C-torque converter-differential-material or manufacturer defects outside your control-In addition, the warranty comes with 24-hour roadside assistance.-This warranty took effect at the time I purchased the vehicle, and goes through either October 2019 or until 73,062 miles (whichever occurs first). This warranty IS transferrable to a new owner, even in a private sale (I can also provide confirmation of this). -I had a Pre-Purchase Inspection completed at Joyce Motors in Arlington, VA on July 13th, 2018 (I have a copy to provide - $150 value).-As a part of this inspection, Joyce Motors conducted a thorough review of the vehicle, including checking brakes, suspension, all vital mechanical systems, battery and other electronic systems, fluids quality and levels, air filters, and cosmetic issues that could cause the vehicle to not pass inspection (mirrors, windshield). -The only points of note from the Tech were that the rear brakes were beginning to get low, and a front headlight bulb was out; I had them go ahead and replace the bulb. In addition, I had them change the oil in the vehicle. -I can provide a copy of the passed state vehicle inspection for both North Carolina, as well as Virginia. I can also provide a copy of the passed emissions test for the state of Virginia. Current inspection good through 10/18.Other Information:-I am happy to show the vehicle in the early mornings and evenings (after 6 pm) on weekdays, or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday morning work best).-Any sort of transaction will be handled at the Purchaser's Bank.-At time of payment, Title will be singed over, and Bill of Sale will be signed.
