If interested, please do not hesitate to request information or ask a question, as this is an amazing car and there is nothing to hide.   These cars are meant to be driven, and since moving to Chicago, I simply don't drive it often enough to warrant keeping it. That is, quite literally, the only reason I'm selling. Initially bought with the intent of keeping it forever, as it's my first Porsche, and I have yet to drive anything that is, all around, more satisfying. Total production of all 987.2 Cayman S for North America was 2094 ...792 in '09, the majority of those being automatic. If you are looking specifically for a 987.2  Cayman S, you're aware of the other stats, etc., so I'll just tell you about my car.     Finding a manual transmission in an 09-12 Cayman S was exceedingly difficult, since '09 was the first year for the PDK. It took me two years to find 'the one', and that was in October of 2016 (at ~46,500 miles).  I do have service records back to 2012.  At just over 7,000 miles, this car was apparently in an accident.  I was never able to find anything that provided any detail beyond an event on Carfax. It does not register on AutoCheck, but I wanted to be fully transparent.  I looked over the car before purchase and was not able to find any indication of repair.  The owner before me had a PPI done at a reputable shop in Atlanta and there was no report of any repair.  Seeing as the car was later sold as a Porsche Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, this leads me to believe it was a minor event that simply registered on the car's history. This car has the Sports Chronos package, 19-inch Carrera II wheels, tinted windows, and Bose sound system with Bluetooth. Shortly after acquiring the car, I put on Starke Design FC wheels in Matte Graphite Silver (19x8.5 and 19x9.5) with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 tires from TireRack. The tires have about 4500 miles on them. Both sets of wheels go with the car. The Carrera II wheels will need new tires (something for track day?). There's a bit of curb rash on them from the previous owner. There's one small blemish on the passenger front of the Starkes. Torque wrench for changing wheels, wrench for oil filter removal/install, new air filter, US Mill Works front tow-hook license plate mount (quick release, no holes drilled in the bumper), and anything else I bought specifically for the car to be included.  Mileage is approximate, as this is my 'grocery getter'. The car had a clear-bra, but it was removed before I bought it. I have a sheet of matte black 3m wrap that was meant to go on the hood, if the buyer wants it. There are a few nicks here and there, but certainly nothing major. To my knowledge, this car has not been tracked. Incidentally, I get a surprising (for a manual) 28-29 mpg highway (Shell 93).With comparison to the other Cayman S's listed out there (987.2), I believe I've priced mine fairly.  It breaks my heart to let it go, and my hope is that it ends up in the hands of a fellow enthusiast.  I feel these cars are about to jump in value, and someone is going to be a very lucky next owner.Title in hand.
