Proven sporty performance with a 3.0 liter V6 and a 6-speed automatic transmission with sport mode (zoom!) and optional paddle shifting if you really want to feel like a fighter pilot.  Low-profile run-flat tires add agile handling and safety. This car corners like it's on rails. It's tough to make it slip even on a wet road. And, you can drive for a quite a while on one (or more) of these tires when flat—great for peace of mind. This is low mileage for a 2009 and has been well cared for. There are NO mechanical issues whatsoever. It has never been in a wreck and has never been anywhere near a flood. (It was safely parked in a garage in Austin during Harvey.) Clean Carfax, clear title. Not to worry! In September, I got the airbags replaced by the dealership. That and all other maintenance is fully up-to-date. Wear and tear: There is no unusual wear or damage inside the car. Some flaking of the tan coating on the edges of cup holders and hand grips; a little noticeable wear on the arm rest up front; and a little noticeable wear on the driver's seat bucket. BMW uses good leather, so The carpets are in great shape, though the floor mats have the usual level of wear.The rear bumper has some cracking/peeling, as seen in one of the pictures. Hairline cracks turned into noticeable patches.Thanks to a nameless valet, the front bumper has some marks from scraping against a parking retainer. There was no non-cosmetic damage.I'm happy to send pictures of specific spots and explain details of any damage and wear. I'm all about full disclosure and do not want you to be surprised by anything! Just delighted with this car's performance and style.
