Re-listed* I also found the Certificate of Warranty which lists the equipment and original MSRP. See pics. Additionally, I received a buy figure of $36,000 from local Porsche dealer. After they put on some new rubber they will realistically sell it for in the mid 40's. I am not guessing, that is reality. I do have a payoff of exactly $39,500 with BOA and I don't have to make a payment for 60 days. So, whoever wants to step up and pay the asking price, it is yours. Please don't bother to make offers. That is the deal. I do have both keys and books. Previous buyer had an inspection done by a 3rd party and backed out. Per Inspector- Passenger door has been previously painted. Inspector says it's the best work he's ever seen. Scores a 99%. No fish eyes or overspray or tape lines. It meters out though that paint work has been done. I do not know the severity of the damage. Was done by a previous owner. Also, the passenger rear 1/4 has a little bit of paintwork near the door and the Front bumper has been painted as well. Normal stuff for age and miles... Rear tires measured at 6/32, Front tires only have about 1,000 miles left on them. No other issues. Inspector scored the car exceptionally high. Price lowered to $39,000. That is the bottom line. *This ridiculously well appointed Targa has transferable Certified Pre Owned Coverage till 100k or 12/2017. I bought the car Certified Pre Owned from Braman Porsche in Florida. This is an actual Porsche warranty. Talk about peace of mind! One of a kind car with the most desirable interior. There are a handful of similar Targa's out there, but this one takes the cake. 2008 911 Targa 4S. Wide Body with AWD. White Exterior with Cocoa Extended Leather interior, Recaro partially powered seats. The backs of the seats are white to match the body color. Tiptronic, 19" Turbo Wheels, Navi, Crests in Headrests, Bose, Rear Parking Sensors, Xenon Lights. For age and miles, she is in excellent condition. A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance done, Carfax and Autocheck are super clean, Never seen snow, No accidents except maybe some minor damage on passenger side which has some paintwork done by previous owner, Non-smoker, Still under factory warranty, Bose sound system, Very clean interior, leather and trim all in excellent condition. I'm the third owner. If you are looking for a bad ass Targa, with an actual Porsche CPO warranty, this is the one!!!
