Most people think the spit window on this Bug was a factory option, they have no clue it has hand built. It is lowered 1.5" with just coil springs, this way it kept the factory shocks and drives like original. I am the second owner. The rear seat was taken out and a custom made sub-woofer box with 2-15" kicker subs was carpeted and installed to look like the factory did it as an option. The cars original stereo head unit was kept in factory position then the 2- amp system was built around all of it to look as if it was from the factory. The sound system was professionally built and is at a competition level from the top to bottom. The rear hatch still has the full sized spare tire and has the original cubic feet of storage after the sound system was installed. The car runs and drives like it was new. 55k Miles.
