I am the third owner, originally purchased from Hendrick Porsche in NC. I have window sticker, original manuals, 2 keys and all my records from the 6 years I have been the owner. No previous service records, previous owner would not release. Second owner was a female lawyer from CT that traded this in at Town Porsche, Englewood NJ - which is where I purchased from.Very tastefully optioned from factory with some aftermarket additions.Factory: 19 inch Carrera rims with p crests, xenon headlamps, Bose, sport chrono, desirable manual sport seats and sport steering wheel, rare factory carbon fiber ( shifter, front trim, e-brake), blue trans tunnel and blue gauge surround.Aftermarket: carbon fiber- console lid, ignition key surround, sport chrono housing, banana piece under e- brake. Zunsport front &rear grille covers, euro side markers, s rear exhaust tip & polished, lloyds mats. L&N oil drain plug.Work done: new clutch, rms seal, ims bearing examined(ok) and bearing cover removed for oil splash exposure, new water pump and drive belt, new front tires & front brakes. This work done by EPE in Natick MA, a highly regarded Porsche-only indie. Oil changed by owner regularly- I use motel xcess 8100 5w-40, sparks plugs replaced by owner. Always garaged. Clean over - rev report, waxed yearly by owner. Leather seats treated regularly, 303 used for rubber trim. Air filter and cabin filter replaced, newer Bosch battery, kept on trickle charger and car cover in winter. Oil has been analyzed a number of times- good readings. Clean car fax, no accidents. One surface scrape on rear corner (3 inches), 3 small stone chips front hood, one 4 inch scratch front bumper. All owner touched up, could be blended better. One rim has slight wave on lip- no dent. Could use new rear tires. Drivers bolster minor chafing but not bad. Car handles on rails, super fun, in turn-key condition mechanically. In-line 6 no comparison. 2.7 liter has plenty of power for the street (IMO). Higher revs= more smiles.That said: title in hand no liens, don’t need to sell, check out my 100% positive feedback over 21 years.I only sell my own personal possessions.
