I’m the second owner and have owned this car since 2014. I love it! It gets lots of attention from enthusiasts, especially at the BMW dealer. I’m a long term BMW owner. I’ve had a 2001 535 sedan and currently have a 2015 X1 and just bought a new X5 to replace the wagon - To be honest, the new X5 doesn’t really drive any better than the wagon, but I wanted something I wouldn’t feel guilty about putting travel-miles on. This is a unique car that I’ve always been proud to drive. But now it’s somebody else’s turn to enjoy it...There are NO known mechanical problems with the car. I have had it regularly serviced by BMW and I never hesitate to do any repairs.The exterior is in great shape with just a couple tiny scuffs/scratches and no door dings. (Only “significant†issue is a 4 inch scuff/dent on the hood from a bike falling on it :( grrrr).
