Our customers who rent our vans only are allowed to drive in and around the Houston area and hardly ever put more than 30-50 miles in a day. Practically renter uses our vans to transport a family member or friend who is wheelchair-bound out for a doctor's visit, therapy, hospital, out for dinner or something similar. So, no hotrodding...everyone drives our vans very carefully and responsibly. We too, as the owners, take excellent care of our vans! Regular oil changes and attend to any problems big or small instantly upon learning of something. This specific van has only had your typical wear-and-tear minor issues which were all addressed and fixed throughout the 4 years we've owned it. It runs beautifully and has zero problems which we and our mechanic (who just thoroughly looked-it over and gave his blessings) are aware of. Has front & rear cold a/c. Comes with 4 wheelchair tie-down straps, along ith shoulder/lap seat belt for the person in wheelchair. If you live close to Houston, you're welcome to rent before you buy. We are in no hurry to sell it nor are we desperate. We are only selling to make room for a new 2018. This is a Great Van all around. It does have your typical dings, scratches,minor dents and a small tear in the driver's seat and rear passenger seat but nothing too drastic for an 8 year vehicle.(see last 7 pics) Just minor cosmetics. The rear ramp opens/closes manually (no electronics to ever malfunction) and is very easy to deploy as it's light weight. Everything working perfectly! No rust, No flood, No damage....Runs great as should be expected! No collisions since we've owned it. Supposedly, it had a minor fender bender before we bought it but posed no problems with us.
