Since purchasing from a dealer in San Diego a little over two years ago (at about 85k miles), I've put on about 24k miles and have loved every single one, despite spending quite a few of those in traffic commuting to my office. Besides that, most of the mileage accrued has come from trips up the freeway to visit friends and family in Orange County and Riverside. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made, despite the warnings about German cars. I've taken the best care possible and stayed on top of routine maintenance to keep her performing optimally. Besides the regular oil changes, I've done quite a bit, including having a full inspection done upon reaching the 100k mile mark, and have the service records on hand as well. Exterior shows normal wear with a few chips, nicks, and dings. Nothing damaged beyond basic body repair, mostly from parking on the street for the first year or so. Never been in an accident and the Carfax upon buying it came back clean, so no wrecks to her name. I pulled a Carfax about a month or two ago and have that available for anyone who wants to check it out. Let me know your email or message me and I would be happy to send it over. Recent maintenance (last 12 months/ 10k miles) includes: Timing and drive belt service completed at 100k miles, including new water pump installation, radiator flush, new tensioners, etc. (won't need service performed till around 190k to 205k)Rear brake pads and rotors changed at 101k milesNew cabin filter and air filter put in at 101k milesNew OEM wiper blades at 104k milesRecently smogged and registered, smog good for another 2 years (til June 2019)Replaced emissions related valve (N75 valve) preventing vehicle from passing smog at first. The window tint has a lifetime warranty and was done to legal limits in the back and one shade up from the lowest minimum allowed in the front, just don't want to deal with possibly getting pulled over and questioned for my tint.
